Vision Board Workshop 2024

The key to manifesting what we want in life is to first genuinely express gratitude for what we already have and then set clear intentions. In this workshop you will be given the space and opportunity to gain clarity on both your gratitude and your intentions through introspective journal exercises and deep visualization meditation. Once you have a few intentions clear in your mind, the creativity will begin! You will have your choice of creating your vision board in a journal where you can add pages to it afterwards as the mood strikes or creating your vision board on a canvas where you can hang it in a special spot.

Wendy Malko

Wendy is a certified Positive Psychology Coach, Mindfulness Facilitator and Energy Healing Practitioner.  She is also a Qualified Instructor of Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training through the Mindful Eating Training Institute.  Wendy is a strong advocate for practicing mindfulness as she has seen the many benefits in her own life.  Her passion for helping others reduce stress and anxiety and create a life they love is evident in her private sessions and group workshops and classes.
